What to Expect

What to Expect

Class is between one and two hours long based on your preference. If you have no preference, we will do yoga or we can co-create an experience where I offer options, but all choices about the experience are yours. We start with intention setting either alone or collaboratively.

We then aim to shift emotions and perception via stress release and self connection through a number of modalities including:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Vagus Nerve Stimulation via Sensate
  • Tapping
  • Enneagram Coaching
  • Non-violent Communication / Healthy Conflict Resolution
  • Boundaries Coaching
  • Creating Art
  • Stress Release via other tools

Afterward, we can take time to connect if you would like. I can’t fix anything, but I can offer emotional support, advice, or just listen. I’m a yoga teacher – not a therapist, but I have spent thousands of hours studying self-help, mindfulness, and relationships. I can share what may have worked for me with the understanding that each persons life circumstances are different. Always take what is helpful and leave the rest, but you don’t have to be alone.

Any yoga will include beginner-friendly instructions and includes:

  1. A friendly, inclusive environment.
  2. Breathing exercises, meditation and other techniques to get you out of your head
  3. Poses to Warm up
  4. Poses to explore healthy challenge
  5. Poses to cool down
  6. A final resting pose that lasts 3-5 minutes.
